Your marketing material is designed and printed in Australia. We are a small but active business and we like to support those who we meet along the way. We speak to a lot of people and we are happy to pass on recommendations to you if we are impressed with the way you do business. As you are no doubt aware, this word-of-mouth marketing is the most effective of all.

We put your needs, requests and understanding of your business & clients first. Our job is to translate your situation into viable communication, not about manifesting pre-existing ideas on you. Being a micro-business, we place real importance on honest, quality service and providing our services as well as possible. We know that a happy client is our best advertisement and, of course, that is what we want. A good business relationship is better for both of us. We will carefully organise your order and happily communicate every stage of the process to you.

Printing turnaround time.

The typical turnaround time for printing is 7 to 10 working days, plus delivery. Design & artwork usually takes 1 to 3 days, depending on your requirements and how busy we are. Printing can take up to 7 working days however it's often much quicker than that. Often the whole process takes 5 days or less. That's fast!

Payment

Because of the nature of our business we accept Direct-Deposit or Cash only. We will soon accept Credit Cards as well, however at present it's Direct-Deposit or Cash only. On all print jobs, we need to collect payment once the design has been accepted, before the job goes to print. Any balance is due on delivery.
